How long does it take to build and ship my table lamp? |

Since each light fixture
is hand made to order, we ask that you allow approximately 3 to 6
weeks for us to ship your order. Often your product will ship
much sooner. If you have a more urgent need, please call us
and we will do our best to accommodate you. Please note that this does not include
delivery times, which vary across the country. |

Do I have to pay sales tax? |

Only shipments to California pay sales
tax. |

What are the shipping charges? |

Shipping charges are based on the price
of an item. We ship at extremely low rates for the bulky items we
sell. Often, we are paying most of the actual freight cost. Please Contact
Us for reduced shipping charges to Hawaii, Alaska, or foreign countries. |

What is your return policy / satisfaction guarantee? |

Mission Table Lamps is so
confident in the quality of our workmanship and materials, that we
guarantee you will be happy! If you are not satisfied with your
light fixture for any reason, simply return it within 30 days for a full refund.
If your item is damaged, please notify us and the shipping company
immediately. If an error is made by us, we will pay the shipping
cost. Otherwise, the shipping charges will not be refunded.
Please note that custom made fixtures not available on our website are
not eligible for a refund. |

expertise we have gained has been passed down for 4 generations. We take

Is it difficult to install the lamps, and what is included? |

It is extremely simple to install our
light fixtures. All of our fixtures come with a simple installation kit.
Light bulbs are not included. |

Can I get a samples of the metals and glass used before I decide? |

Yes, for a nominal $10.00
charge, we will ship you a complete sample kit containing all of the
metals and glass used in our lamps. The sample kit is shipped free
